Podcast: Happiness and Self-Compassion

If you asked most people what is the one thing they wish the most, you’ll often hear “I want to be happy all the time.”

But how can we find happiness? What’s the best way to ensure we live a happy and abundant life every single day?

There are two types of happiness. One of them is the hedonistic happiness, in which you find comfort and joy in external things. This is often regarded as a treadmill, where there’s always a carrot dangled in front of our nose, urging us to something out there that will make us feel happy.

The other type is the eudemonic happiness that arises out of internal experiences such as personal growth, self-love, acceptance, authenticity, and self-expression. It’s the happiness that we should all aim to – and in this episode, you will learn what it takes to find true happiness.
