Allowing yourself to think differently.
Each day, each one of us thinks 60 to 70,000 thoughts. It’s amazing don’t you think! For most people, over 90% of these thoughts that they think today are the same as what they were thinking yesterday because our brain uses a default setting, replicating our previous experiences.
If you’d like to change that default setting, and set new patterns for your future, then it’s going to be necessary to consciously allow yourself to think differently.
