You are Enough
Most often than not, we tend to value our self-worth based on our achievements and other people’s perception of us. When we are praised or whenever we succeed in an area, we feel good about ourselves, so we’re constantly at the mercy of the world and of their confirmation that we are on the right track.
Self-doubt really undermines our efforts to do whatever it is that we want to do in life, and the lack of self-love and self-respect drives us to constantly strive to excel and please others.
But you don’t have to prove anything. You are enough!
